Crossroads Middle school Campus Life Parent Permission Form

We want to see your student succeed in every way. We know middle school can be a tough time for many students. Our team of caring adult leaders wants to mentor students as they grow personally during their teenage years. We are a faith-based non-profit and share a biblical perspective, but also want to connect with any students even if they don’t share those values. Let us know if you have any questions about who we are and what we do.

Sincerely,

Grace Krup
